ACSI-SIPS Structural Insulated Panels are made with a solid foam core bonded to substrates of OSB and structural Type X FiberbondSM "sheetrock".

Foams that compose the core of ACS‑SIPS provide structural integrity.  The closed cell properties prevent harmful moisture absorption, air leakage, and mold and mildew.

ACS‑SIPS provide R‑30+ wall panels and R‑46+ roof panels depending on the density of the SPS and depth of the patented polymer.  A conventional 2x4 house has only an R-12 to R-17 wall and R‑30 roof non-sealed insulation.

The use of ACS‑SIPS saves the homeowner money by reducing energy consumption by at least 50% over conventional methods.

100% of all wall and roof joints are sealed with the patented ENERFOAM or equivalent thermal and insulating adhesives which have a 5.7 R‑value. The patented polymer averages 1‑2” penetration into various substrates which causes the wall and roof systems to maintain 100% of their initial R-value. This water-activated polymer impregnates all substrates and produces a monolithic wall which eliminates any air or moisture exchanges.

Patented polymer adhesive and insulating foam eliminates air or wind that moves through seams and cracks in a conventional wind cavity (windwashing) or air infiltration through the wall itself. A conventional wall without the patented polymer or the more costly conventional housewrap process can have the R‑value reduced by as much as 63% on a typical day.

Usage of ACS‑SIPS allow you to use a smaller H‑VAC (heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning) systems that reduce construction "first" cost.

Significantly less air leakage, moisture intrusion, and a tighter building envelope makes the home more durable.

Pre-routed electrical chases increases the perimeter wall R‑values by at least 6% increasing energy efficiency characteristics.

70% of a home's heat loss and gain is through roof.  The combination of high R‑values and insulation adhesives applied to all joints stops cooling loss in the summer and heating loss in the winter.
